THOMAS J. BUECKER
Thomas J. Buecker is a pillar of the local law community in the Miami County, Ohio area and a founding partner at Buecker Davis & Gunter Co. LPA. He has 50 years of experience as an attorney, and his practice consists of Family Law, Business and Corporate Law, Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Administration, and Personal Injury. He has also been a licensed title agent for more than 40 years.
Thomas attended Indiana University, where he majored in finance. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Thomas attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he was a member of Law Review and graduated with his Juris Doctor.
His experience and professionalism have made him a valuable resource for his clients, fellow attorneys, and the local community. His dedication to his community is evidenced by his multitude of awards and service recognition. Thomas currently serves on the Finance Committee at St. Mary's Church and as past President and current Trustee of the Miami County YMCA. He is a past President of the Miami County Bar Association, the Rotary Club of Piqua, and the Miami County United Fund. All of which he has been an active member of for the past 30 years.
Thomas J. Buecker currently resides in Piqua, Ohio, with his wife and is actively involved with his children and grandchildren.

STEPHANIE A. GUNTER
Stephanie A. Gunter is a highly respected family law attorney in the Miami County, Ohio area and a founding partner at Buecker Davis & Gunter Co. LPA. Stephanie practices in the area of Family Law and handles a wide variety of cases ranging from high-conflict divorce matters to negotiated dissolutions. She has additional experience in Criminal Law, Estate Planning, and Trust and Probate Administration. Stephanie has nearly 20 years of experience in the legal field.
Stephanie attended The Ohio State University, where she majored in marketing. Upon her completion of her undergraduate studies, Stephanie attended the University of Dayton and earned her MBA degree. After graduating from UD, Stephanie worked for Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio as a trust administrator. She continued her education while working full-time and graduated from the Capital University School of Law with her Juris Doctor.
In 2010 Stephanie returned to her hometown of Piqua, Ohio, and started her own successful practice. Then in 2015, Stephanie merged her practice with Buecker & Davis, creating Buecker Davis & Gunter Co. LPA. Stephanie has contributed more than just a successful local business to her community. In addition to her work as an attorney, she serves as guardian ad litem, representing children’s best interests in custody battles in Miami County, Darke County, and Shelby County. She is the past Chairperson of the Piqua Chamber of Commerce Board and a current member of the board. She is a past board member of the Piqua Area United Way and a current board member of the Miami County YMCA.
She is also actively involved in the Piqua Community Foundation, Advisory Board for Piqua Salvation Army, and Miami County Bar Association. Stephanie is the President-Elect of the Piqua Rotary Club. Stephanie currently resides in Piqua, Ohio, with her family, where she is actively involved in the local community.

DUSTIN M. DAVIS
Dustin M. Davis is a well-established Family Law and Criminal Defense Attorney in the Miami County, Ohio area and a founding partner at Buecker Davis & Gunter Co. LPA. In his private practice, Dustin has an array of experience in representing clients in Family Law, Business and Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Real Estate, Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Administration, Civil Litigation, and Personal Injury.
Dustin is also a past part-time Assistant Public Defender in Shelby County, where he represents citizens accused of felonies in Common Pleas Court. He has had numerous ‘Not Guilty’ criminal jury verdicts during his time in Shelby County.
Dustin was born and raised in Piqua, Ohio. After graduating from Piqua High School, Dustin attended Ohio University, where he majored in Political Science. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Dustin attended Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, where he concentrated in Business Transactions. After law school, he interned with the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office before taking his first job at Thomas J. Buecker Co., LPA, which became Buecker Davis & Gunter Co. LPA in 2015.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Dustin has served as past President for the Council on Rural Services and is also a former President of the Piqua Rotary Club. Dustin currently resides in Fort Loramie with his wife Kara and their four children.

LAURA E. WAYMIRE
Laura E. Waymire is a highly respected attorney practicing mainly in the Shelby and Darke County areas. In her private practice, Laura focuses on Guardian Ad Litem work, as well as Estate Planning and Probate Administration. Laura also works as a full-time Assistant Public Defender in Shelby County, where she represents citizens accused of misdemeanors and felonies.
Laura has had numerous "Not Guilty" criminal jury verdicts in her current position in Shelby County. Laura has 7-years of experience as a practicing attorney.
Laura was born and raised in Darke County, Ohio. After graduating from Ansonia High School, Laura attended Ball State University, where she majored in paralegal studies with a minor in consumer finance. Laura then worked as a Paralegal for 8-years in Darke County in the fields of estate planning, civil litigation, criminal law, and domestic relations. Laura then attended Ohio Northern University College of Law, where she was a member of the Editorial Board of the Law Review. During law school, she interned with the Shelby County Public Defender’s Office and was hired on after passing the Ohio Bar in 2015. In addition to her work as an attorney, Laura has served as President of the Board of Directors of Recovery and Wellness Centers of Midwest Ohio. Laura currently resides in Greenville with her daughter, while her son is attending Miami University.

EMILY J. MOTHMILLER
Emily was born and raised in Troy, Ohio. After graduating from Troy High School, Emily attended the University of Dayton, where she majored in Marketing and minored in Communication. During her time in college, Emily worked at American Honda Motor Company, where she met her now husband, Brandon.
Upon graduating, Emily continued as a Flyer and received the Leadership Honor Scholarship from the University of Dayton School of Law. During law school, Emily interned with both the City of Troy and Miami County Prosecutor’s Officer, where she gained valuable experience with criminal law. Since graduating from law school, Emily has become licensed to practice law in Ohio and Indiana. 
Emily currently manages the Miami County Law Library, is the Executive Director and Secretary of the Miami County Bar Association, and is an associate attorney with Buecker Davis & and Gunter Co. LPA. Emily practices primarily in criminal defense and family law, as well as many other legal areas. Emily currently resides in Troy with her husband and enjoys spending time with her loved ones.
